Shipping policy

We aim to ship personalised items within 5 working days of when we received your confirmed proof.

For stock items (non personalised) we aim to ship within 5 working days of receipt of your payment.

Please note that once your order leaves us we cannot control delivery times - this will be dependent on the individual delivery service selected.  If on the rare occasion an item does not arrive, then we need to allow up to three weeks after dispatch before we can claim for a loss from the shipping company.
